The Fangxian Story

The story of Fangxian began in 2007 at a "Century Fruit Source" beverage bar in Nanchang, Jiangxi.

Founder Xu Muhua adheres to the concept of "selling fruit juice to family members with peace of mind", starting from contracting in-restaurant beverage counters, gradually developing more than 50 "Century Fruit Source" store-in-store locations. In 2013, facing the drastic changes in the beverage market, Fangxian completed a comprehensive transformation from a contracted water bar operation to a supplier of juice ingredients, leading executives such as Wang Qianghua to reorganize the team and establish Fangxian Food Co., Ltd.

Since then, Fangxian has embarked on a specialized path focused on the "handmade freshly squeezed juice raw materials" track.

In 2015, the company launched a nationwide layout and the number of cooperative catering store users exceeded 2000;

In 2018, the brand system underwent a comprehensive upgrade, establishing a strategic positioning of "freshly squeezed by hand, ready to drink";

In 2019, we achieved an annual supply of over 6000 catering stores and standardized production workshops;

In 2022, Fangxian opened a new factory, launched a low-sugar product range, and obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certifications.

In 2025, a new 10,000-square-meter 5S-standard beverage factory officially entered operation, equipped with multiple hand-juicing production lines, intelligent cold chain transfer systems, and digital production management platforms, comprehensively upgrading core processes such as raw material processing, fruit pulping, filling and refrigeration.

This critical milestone marks the official transition of Fangxian from a "juice-ingredient producer" to a "beverage solution enterprise", establishing an integrated beverage supply chain system that connects the raw material end, processing end, warehouse distribution end, and terminal catering stores, focusing on providing high-quality handcrafted fresh beverage solutions for catering stores across the country.

Development History

In 2007, the Century Fruit Source store was established with a store-in-store model.

In 2009, the number of Century Fruit Source stores exceeded 50.

In 2013, the model underwent a transformation and Fangxian Company was established.

In 2015, Fangxian served 2,000 customers nationwide.
