1S Hand Picking

Harvested at the Right Ripeness to Preserve Natural Fruit Aroma

The texture you can taste

is backed by

the science

behind every press.

5S Hand-Juicing Process

Starting with high-quality fruit, Fangxian builds freshness, hygiene, and consistency into every drink through five stages: picking, screening, sorting, cleaning, and hand juicing.

Sorting citrus fruit on the production line

Validated through thousands of taste tests

to earn genuine market recognition

for every beverage.

Multiple cleaning steps make fresh fruits cleaner.

High quality raw fruits undergo standardized cleaning treatment before entering production.

Initial washing → roller brushing → multiple rinses → standardized sanitization → manual re-inspection

This removes surface impurities and reduces contamination risk, adding another layer of hygiene assurance to every beverage ingredient.

4S Hand Sorting

5S Hand-Juicing Process

We are more than

a beverage-ingredient supplier;

we are a growth partner for your beverage business.

Before leaving the factory, every batch must pass both sensory evaluation and instrumental testing.

2S Hand Screening

Select Quality Fruit and Exclude Substandard Fruit

5S Hand-Juicing Process

Each batch of fruits undergoes manual screening before entering the supply chain.

Check the maturity, integrity of the skin, color, pest infestation, disease spots, and bumps, and leave the raw fruits that do not meet the requirements outside the production line.

A good drink begins not with the juicer, but with deciding which fruit is good enough to enter the factory.

After the original fruit arrives at the factory, it undergoes manual re inspection, classification and sorting, and debris removal again.

Classify and manage fruits of different states and specifications, with qualified raw fruits entering the next process and unqualified raw fruits being promptly removed to reduce the impact of raw material fluctuations on taste.

3S Hand Cleaning

5S Hand-Juicing Process

What you are drinking is

more than juice—it begins with ingredients that are fully traceable.

Classification management makes raw materials more stable.

After screening, sorting, and cleaning, high-quality raw fruits enter the processes of pulping, batching, filling, quick freezing, freshness locking, and cold chain storage.

By operating according to Fangxian's standards, stores can efficiently complete beverage production, ensuring that each cup maintains a relatively consistent fruit aroma, taste, and quality.
