When you voluntarily submit an enquiry, cooperation request, factory-visit booking or recruitment information, we process only the information necessary for that purpose.

General business enquiries are normally kept for no more than two years after the last substantive contact; website security logs are normally kept for no more than six months; contract, transaction and tax records are retained as required by law. Information is in principle stored in China. Any future cross-border transfer will follow applicable procedures and separate-consent requirements.
6. Security and Incidents
We use access control, least privilege, transmission safeguards, logging, backups and personnel controls. If a leak, alteration or loss occurs or is likely to occur, we will take remedial action and notify individuals and competent authorities as required by law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion, restriction or refusal of processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us by phone or email above. We may verify your identity and normally respond within 15 working days. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
8. Children
The website is intended primarily for business customers and adults. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14. A guardian may contact us to request deletion.
9. Changes and Complaints
Material changes will be prominently notified, and fresh consent will be obtained where required; continued browsing alone will not be treated as consent to a material change. You may also complain to the competent PRC authority responsible for personal information protection.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
