Freshness Standard for
Fangxian Passion Fruit
The taste of a passion fruit drink depends on whether the fruit is in the appropriate state for processing.
Based on the 5S manual freshly squeezed standard, Fangxian strives to preserve the natural fruit aroma and sweet and sour taste of passion fruit from picking to processing.
Fresh fruits with intact and mature skin are used as raw materials for Fangxian Passion Fruit drinks.
Fruit with minor cosmetic blemishes but sound internal quality is sorted separately and prioritized for processing.
Damaged, spoiled, or non-compliant fruit is removed immediately.
Handle with care and classify shipments to reduce losses caused by collisions and compression.
Prioritize choosing passion fruit that is naturally ripe, has full fruit, and has a normal color.
Purple skinned fruits are preferred for natural deep purple, while golden fruits are preferred for natural golden yellow.
Do not use fully green hard fruits, severely wrinkled fruits, overripe soft and rotten fruits, or fruits with signs of fermentation.
After each batch of fruits is harvested, manual screening is carried out.
Do not allow fruits that have fallen to the ground, broken skin, insect damage, diseased spots, mold, or obvious damage to enter the fresh pressing raw material system.
After harvesting passion fruit, avoid direct sunlight exposure, high temperature storage, and random washing with water.
After the original fruit arrives at the Fangxian factory, it undergoes standard cleaning:
Initial washing → roller brushing → multiple rinses → standardized sanitization → manual re-inspection
This ensures that every passion fruit entering production is clean and handled with care.
Passion fruit that meets the standards, after processing, pulping, ingredient preparation, filling, quick freezing and freshness locking, and cold chain distribution, becomes a stable beverage ingredient for stores to produce.
The store operates according to standard procedures, ensuring that each cup is kept as close as possible to:
Natural fruity aroma | Harmonious sour and sweet taste | Stable taste | Efficient Preparation
